Mr. Shavikesh Goel
Mr. Shavikesh Goel is the President of INDIAN-SERBIAN CHAMBER OF BUSINESS & COMMERCE.
Shavikesh is an Engineer and a Post-Graduate in Management. He is the Co-Founder & Director of FIRST BHARAT LTD DOO Novi Sad, Serbia.
He is an experienced Management Consulting and Executive Search professional, who has serviced clients on a variety of projects in attracting leadership talent and providing solutions across functions and industries in both - manufacturing and services sectors.
Shavikesh has worked across functions and industries in leadership roles. He served as the India Managing Director for a renowned German Executive Search firm. He also worked at a German Business Consulting company where he led Business Management, Recruitment and Turnkey Project Management services for India market entry of European and American companies.
With over 24 years of corporate experience, including 18 years in international business, Shavikesh brings with him an excellent understanding of cross-border business dynamics.
Mr. Goran Aleksić
Goran Aleksić is the Vice President of the INDIAN-SERBIAN CHAMBER OF BUSINESS & COMMERCE.
Goran is the General Director of Srbijatransport Association Belgrade, Serbia. With over 34 years of rich experience in total, he has over 22 years of work experience in the economy and has been successfully performing the duties of the General Director of the Business Association of Road Traffic "Srbijatransport" Belgrade for more than 10 years. During this period, he successfully represented the interests of employers and the profession of the transport industry of Serbia at professional conferences, gatherings and before institutions.
Goran has a large number of published professional and scientific papers at international conferences and gatherings in the field of road traffic, transport, safety, logistics, ecology, environmental protection, international cooperation and organization of business in transport.
Lt. Col. Sanjivan Kumar
Lt. Col. Sanjivan Kumar (Retd.) is the Vice President of the INDIAN-SERBIAN CHAMBER OF BUSINESS & COMMERCE.
Sanjivan is the Co-Founder & Director of FIRST BHARAT LTD DOO Novi Sad, Serbia. An army veteran of over two decades having rich experience of various field and leadership assignments across the length and breadth of India in most difficult terrains and challenging situations, Sanjivan is an expert in operational logistics with core competencies in effecting change management and executing paradigm shift in the approach and best practices for optimum resource utilization and outcomes. He has managed large transport fleets to bulk oil and food installations and ensured the adoption and implementation of industry best practices. Sanjivan has vast expertise in the functions of supply chain management including planning, forecasting, procurement and financial management of goods and services.

Mr. Goran Miščević
Mr. Goran Miščević is an Honorary Member of the INDIAN-SERBIAN CHAMBER OF BUSINESS & COMMERCE. Goran Miščević is a certified accountant and auditor in Novi sad, and he is the owner of the accounting agency Goldman Agencija.
Mr. Nemanja Andelković
Mr. Nemanja Andjelković is the Honorary Member of the Indian-Serbian Chamber of Business & Commerce.
Nemanja Andjelkovic is a lawyer in Novi Sad and founder of the Joint Law Office Andjelkovic. Before the establishment of the Joint Law Office Andjelkovic, Nemanja gained experience in two law offices.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad. During his studies, he participated in several competitions in which he took the leading and first places. Due to his distinguished success and personal interest in criminal law, he was invited to a closed international internship before the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague (ICTY), where he participated in a team of defence counsels from 2013 until the end of 2014.
During his studies, he was a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development.
Mr. Branislav Mamić
Mr. Branislav Mamić is the Honorary Member of the Indian-Serbian Chamber of Business & Commerce.
Branislav Mamić is the secretary of the Association of Services within the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina. A Master Economist, he is engaged in various activities related to companies in various segments of the service industry. Over the past seven years, he has focused on the issues of Creative Industries, Tourism, and the challenges faced by the tourism industry.
With 11 years of experience in the agricultural world, representing two German companies, he conducted market research, planned and implemented promotional activities, and directly participated in sales.
